Therapy with me will focus on achieving your goals in a few ways. We will work on tactics, strategies, and build your toolkit to empower you towards your goals. We will also dig deep and look at themes, patterns, and underlying causes that keep you stuck.
For couples, we will do a comprehensive 3 session assessment. The first session you will be together and the next 2 will be individual so I can hear your unique perspective. Following the assessment, all sessions require both parties to be present for therapy.
In those first few sessions, we’ll focus on your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy.
Therapy is also a process that takes time, consistency, and patience. Just like any meaningful change, it unfolds gradually. Some sessions may feel like big breakthroughs, while others might feel more subtle, but every step is part of the growth and healing journey.
You can expect a collaborative experience with a balance of compassion, curiosity, and honest feedback designed to help you grow, heal, and create lasting change in your life.

I do not accept insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide a superbill (receipt) you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement this way. You may also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for therapy sessions.
To check if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:
Do I have out of network mental health benefits? If so, what percentage of each session is reimbursed?
Are telehealth sessions eligible for reimbursement?
What is my deductible for out of network coverage and has it been met?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

I find that I work best with clients who are motivated for therapy and feel ready to create meaningful change in their lives. My approach tends to resonate most with people who are interested in exploring the root cause of patterns rather than seeking a quick fix or surface-level solutions.
You’ll likely get the most out of our work together if you’re open to exploration, feedback, and self-reflection, and if you’re committed to showing up consistently for yourself and the process.

Set up a free 20 minute consultation video call with me. If you’re a couple, both of you need to be present. We’ll talk about what’s going on, I’ll share a bit more about how I work, and we will both decide if it’s a good fit to work together.
