Rates & Insurance

What are your rates?

We aim to make the money conversation clear and simple so you know exactly what to expect.

Our pricing as shown is based on a 55 minute session. Clients may choose be scheduled for an extended 90 minutes and the price would adjust to match the time in session.

We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, upon request, we can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We also partner with a service called Mentaya that can help see if your insurance will cover out-of-network benefits and handle the insurance billing process.

We do not accept clients on medicare or medicaid insurance due to state and federal laws

How can I use my out of network insurance benefits?

We are not in-network with insurance.

However, we have partnered with Mentaya to help clients utilize their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.

Here's how it works: if you qualify for out of network benefits, you'll pay for the session upfront. Then, our practice will enter your session into the platform, and Mentaya will submit the claim and handle any insurance follow-up.

Then, your insurance will reimburse you.

Clients can receive 50-80% of the fee reimbursement after meeting their out-of-network deductible. Many of my clients find success with this.

Check if you're eligible for reimbursement of our services or reach out with questions about checking your eligibility through Mentaya.

We also accept HSA/FSA payments.

How do I use Mentaya to check if my out of network benefits would work?

1 - Create an account with Mentaya and input your insurance information

2 - Add a payment method (we won’t charge it until you’ve completed a session)

3 - See what out-of-network benefits you have with your insurance

What about a ‘Good Faith’ estimate?

When it comes to therapy, there shouldn’t be any surprises, especially around cost.

Under the Federal No Surprises Act, if you’re paying out of pocket (and not using insurance), you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.

This is simply a clear outline of what your sessions will cost so you know what to expect from the start.

Before your first session, in your client portal you will be sent your Good Faith Estimate where you can read and sign it.

This is part of making therapy feel open, transparent, and easy to navigate.
